The Guam Judiciary
Hagatna (Hagåtña also called Agana) is the seat of government on Guam. The territorial Supreme Court of Guam is located in the capital city on the island. The Supreme Court hears appeals of decisions handed down by the Superior Court.
Guam's Superior Court is a court of general trial jurisdiction. It adjudicates civil and criminal cases, family court matters, and maintains a small claims and a traffic court division.
